About Embers by the Green

Ever stumbled upon a place that feels like a well-guarded secret, a hidden gem nestled away from the hurried pace of daily life? Welcome to Embers by the Green, found at 4365 Inverness Dr, Post Falls, ID 83854. This delightful eatery isn't just a spot to grab a bite—it's an experience to savor. What makes Embers a standout is its uncanny ability to weave a sense of relaxed elegance with the warmth of a neighborly gathering place.

The menu here is quite the ensemble, offering a tantalizing mix of modern American cuisine with a hint of rustic flair. Dive into appetizers like the crispy calamari, which has been the talk of those who worship at the altar of all things crunchy and tender. Then, there's the main course hero—the grilled ribeye. A cut so tender, it almost feels like it comes with its own symphony of flavors, managing to wow even the most discerning steak aficionados. But don't overlook the vegetarian options, especially the roasted vegetable risotto, which garners glowing remarks for its creamy texture blended perfectly with the earthy sweetness of the vegetables.

Order a drink? Absolutely. The curated cocktail list is nothing short of delightful. The "Smoky Mountain Mule"—a spin on the classic mule with a pinch of smokiness—is a house favorite for good reason. For those who prefer sipping something with a bit more bite, the selection of locally brewed craft beers does not disappoint either.

Embers by the Green doesn't just have a great menu; it’s also got charm in spades, nestled away in the tranquil surroundings of Post Falls. The ambiance here does a remarkable job of blending sophisticated interiors with a kind of welcoming comfort that makes diners feel right at home. And the views? Admirers of lush greenery find themselves returning just to lounge on the patio, where dining with a vista is all but guaranteed.

Word on the grapevine is pretty positive, too. From the chatter that floats around local gatherings to the online testimonials, Embers by the Green has been frequenting many a conversation. Whether it's the rave reviews about the impeccable service, where staff makes sure every guest feels special, or the collective sighs of satisfaction after every satisfying meal, this place seems to consistently turn first-timers into regulars.

In essence, Embers by the Green offers an enriching culinary journey that beckons a return. With its prime location and a menu that promises—and delivers—delectable surprises, it's a must-visit for both locals and travelers alike. Whether it's a casual lunch or a celebratory dinner, Embers ensures that each visit leaves guests with a full belly and a warm heart.

We have been multiple times and every time has been a good experience. The staff is always nice and attentive. The pizza is honestly amazing. There is such a wide variety and the crust is perfect and thin. They have a good variety of appetizers such as the cheese bread which is awesome. We did the meatballs this time and they were really good as well with a really good cheese on top. The Caesar salad was yummy. We did the potato pizza, I forget what it's called that it was amazing. I also love how they will let you split the pizza into two different toppings. We have also gotten the shishito peppers before and they are usually really good. Last time they were a little on the burnt side but still good. It is a nice open location with TV to watch games and I really love going there in the summer and you can sit on the patio and it's beautiful. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't yet. And not to mention the skillet cookie is amazing! The only negative is that sometimes the service is a little slow, but they are usually really busy.

This is our go-to for pizza and atmosphere in the CDA/PF/Hayden area. I don't want to give too much away so come in and eat...you won't be disappointed!

Wow great pizza and a fun experience. If you love Embers By the Lake, then you will be just as happy here. New location in Post Falls, Idaho. Located by a local golf course. More of a fine dining look to it rather then the one in the woods. But they really are making it a great local pizza joint. Order online, or come in and eat inside or outside. Because of the smaller location seating does take longer. Especially in colder temps. The owners have done a great job of making it as comfortable and friendly and welcoming as the other. You can eat inside and watch them make your pizza if you are a lucky one to get a table close by. Or you can enjoy the beautiful view as you sit outside and watch golfers or just being outside. They offer some great salads, yummy appetizers, and there is a full bar as well. Kid and family friendly. Try them out. We loved every pizza we have tried. But if you want a great deep dish, then you need to try one. Did I also mention the cinnamon knots. Oh yes, the cream cheese frosting is perfect with these. Thanks for bringing your pizza closer to us. 🙌🙌😁

I’ve heard about the deep dish here and needed to try it. They were kind enough to make half vegetarian and half meat. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, sauce was good, and the crust was the perfect amount of crispy. I would’ve like more cheese but that’s just personal preference. We had quite a long wait (it was a Saturday evening after all) but the staff was so kind and attentive, and service was great all throughout dinner. Looking forward to coming back!

Very good food with a nice menu. The pizzas are huge. They have excellent gluten free pizza too. Nice relaxed atmosphere with a beautiful location near the golf course. During warmer days, they offer patio dining as well.

We're long time diners at the Hauser Lake location and were thrilled when we learned Embers was bringing another location close by. We live about dead in the middle of the two so it is now a toss up where to go. Both have their own atmosphere and ambiance and probably, more importantly, both have the same amazing food and caring attentive staff. The pizza was AMAZING (notorious P.I.G. is our fave with the hot honey), the appetizers and sides compliment perfectly, and the beer and coctail selection has some great choices. Not sure there are many better choices in Post Falls for a great meal in a pleasant setting!
